Amenities
Many business districts in the world's most successful cities provide an atmosphere and lifestyle that offers employees very little away from the office. Such an atmosphere can be cultivated by a singular style of architecture, by a lack of visitors and residents, by a local work force who don't spend time in the area after office hours, and by very little open space in which to relax and socialise outdoors.

This is certainly not the case in London Bridge; helping to create an economy where a wealth of pubs, bars and first-class restaurants prosper and open every night of the week. See our Food & Drink directory to find out what's on offer.

The vibrant lifestyle that local employees can enjoy is further enhanced by two recently opened theatres - the Unicorn Theatre and Southwark Playhouse - while the riverfront comes alive in the summer time when the Scoop at More London hosts a festival of free music, film and popular plays. Click here to discover these and other Places to Visit.

The area plays host to a diverse range of activities and events occur throughout the year, especially in Potters Fields Park, the capital's newest riverside public space.

Increasing retail space is encouraging more retailers to relocate to London Bridge, adding to the existing local shopping opportunities. When London Bridge station is redeveloped before and after the 2012 Olympics, a whole new shopping centre will be established in the heart of the district, while the 7 More London development is also due to add a new supermarket to our portfolio. Existing shopping areas include the popular Hay's Galleria, The Vaults in London Bridge station, Bermondsey Street and Borough High Street. Not to mention the world-famous Borough Market just on our doorstep.

Of course, sport and leisure play an important role in any healthy modern lifestyle and London Bridge doesn't disappoint with a wide range of local facilities to give us all inspiration.

London Bridge not only makes business sense, it also makes lifestyle sense for you and your workforce.
