160 Tooley Street

Completed in late 2008, this 5 storey, 70,000sqm office scheme is located between Tooley Street and the railway viaduct. This new home for Southwark Council is also designed to accommodate some retail on the ground floor.

2,000 council employees will be moving in in phases from March 2009.

The building incorporates a wide range of state-of-the-art environmentally friendly features including automatic lighting control systems, solar panels and rainwater harvesting. Details can be seen below.
