Team London Bridge is an independent, not-for-profit Company, and is led by a Board of non-executive, unpaid Directors. As per the original 2005 proposal the Board is made up of representatives from:
- Three BID-levy paying SME businesses
- Three BID-levy paying large businesses (with hereditament of £400,000 rateable value and above)
- One business within BID area who are not eligible for the levy
- One local residential group
- One landowner

James Dinwiddie is a registered architect with more than twenty years experience in private practice. He has been based in the area since the mid 1980's when he co-founded Dinwiddie Maclaren and established his practice in a converted Victorian mission hall just south of London Bridge station. James has been Chair of Team London Bridge since the inception of the Business Improvement District in 2006 and also Chairs the London Bridge Construction Support Group. Having successfully designed and managed a variety of projects including offices, schools, private houses and commercial interiors, James is understandably enthusiastic about the many world-class developments planned and underway locally.

Alex is a Senior Property Manager at St Martins Property Corporation Ltd and has been involved in the management of London Bridge City for over 10 years. St Martins have been actively involved in the improvement of the local environment since the 1990s, and Alex is proactive to in helping Team London Bridge provide a voice for local landlords and business tenants on planning issues. He is particularly interested in attracting more visitors to the area, and is keen that the area remains a safe and secure area to work and visit.

Robert established the family-owned cycle store On Your Bike back in 1983, and the growing London Bridge store has become a mainstay of Tooley Street. Robert has a wealth of knowledge about local issues and has been an active representative of business in the area for many years, formerly as Chair of the Bankside Traders Association.

Nick has been a councillor since 1998 and the leader of Southwark Council since 2002, before which he was a barrister. Councillor Stanton's leadership of the council includes setting the strategic direction and key priorities, overseeing the development of the financial strategies, customer relationships policy, and representing the council in the community and in negotiations with regional and national organisations.
